This is an alphabetical list of movies with snakes in trees, taken from the main Snakes in Movies List.
Movie snakes like to lurk in trees and vines waiting to drop down and terrorize people, usually women,
especially in jungle and swamp adventure movies. Snakes do climb trees in the real world, but most of them are no threat at all to humans.

Frogs (1972)

Snakes and frogs and lizards strike back at humans for polluting the world. No, this is not a documentary, not yet. There are many snakes in trees in this movie, most notably, a woman is terrorized by snakes, dangling from above, and a man is attacked by a snake that falls on him from a tree.

The Gods Must Be Crazy (1980)

A man sees a snake on a branch above his enemy, so he throws a rock at it and it falls down onto him which scares him into dropping his gun.

Hot Shots! Part Deux (1993)

A snake drops out of a tree into a soldier's face, but the hero grabs it by the neck, then makes it spring back up into the tree.

Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom (1984)

The Naked Prey (1965)

Night of the Cobra Woman (1972)

A woman, bitten by a unique species of cobra, ingests the cobra's venom to stay eternally young. The cobra lives at her house, where it drops out of a tree onto a woman who tried to it, and kills her.

One Million B.C. (1940)

A cave man and cave woman encounter a giant snake in a jungle, then a giant Coatimundi grabs the snake in its mouth, pulls it off the tree, and starts to eat it.

One Million Years B.C. (1966)

Prehistoric Women (1950)

A caveman discovers how to make fire then immediately uses it to fight a python that's minding its own business on a tree branch above him.

Rampage (1963)

An animal trapper in Malaysia shoots a venomous snake too high up in a tree to be of any danger.

Run for the Sun (1956)

A man an woman walking through the Mexican jungle to escape Nazi war criminals encounter a snake on a branch overhead.
