This is a crazy martial arts movie written by horror movie auteur Eli Roth and rapper RZA, who also stars in and directed the movie, and Quentin Tarantino gets a producer credit, though it seems his involvement was limited.
Among the many violent and grisly things we see in the movie is a brief scene in which fighters Dave Bautista and Byron Mann see the severed head of someone they know who has been killed, with his eyes sewn shut and a snake slowly crawling out of his mouth. One of them says "It's nice to see a familiar face." Then Mann's characters says "The Snake Charmer. Your best work yet."
