This one is unwatchably bad. It's one of the last films made by Boris Karloff.
Most of the movie is just a woman with Vulcan eyebrows bellydancing with a Boa Constrictor while a midget with glasses and a flower tattoed on his head chooses people to kill. She kills them with the venomous bite of her Boa Constrictor and turns them into Zombies. Later somebody throws a dead Gopher snake at a police captain to curse him. They used real Boa Constrictors and real gopher snakes, and at the end, an Indigo snake. Even the snake dancing is boring in this one.
