During a masked ball at the Paris opera house, the Phantom drops through a round trapdoor in a flash of smoke and Raoul jumps down after him, landing in a room full of mirrors which makes it impossible for him to find the Phantom and fight him. Later, some mirrors are smashed in the Phantom's lair. The scene starts at about 1:25:33. (Maddam Tussauds Wax Museum in London has an interactive Phantom of the Opera mirror maze that visitors can walk through.) |
