| This is an action movie about five American ballerinas who are abducted in a large old Inn in Hungary and forced to stick razor blades onto the toes of their dancing shoes to slash their way through dozens of men trying to kill them. Devora Kasimer (Uma Thurman) is the Inn's owner and the boss of a crime gang. She was a prima ballerina who was forced to retire many years ago after gangsters cut off one of her legs. When the gangster who ordered her leg amputation finally comes to her Inn, Devora prepares to fight him by filling the Inn with explosives, then putting on her old ballet makeup and costume. Waiting for him to arrive, she watches herself make ballet poses in front of multiple mirrors in a hallway full of explosives. The mirrors scene begins at approximately 1:09:20. |
