| This is a movie in Disney's Marvel Cinematic Universe about superheros and multiple universes. Doctor Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) teams up with a teenage girl named America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez) who has the power to travel from one multiverse to another. He needs her help to fight a threat to wipe out the multiverse. Strange also seeks help from the Sorcerer Supreme, Wong (Benedict Wong) and from the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen.) But it turns out that the witch is responsible for the attacks on Chavez. She is trying to catch Chavez so she can absorb her powers which will let her travel to a universe where her children are still alive. After attacking Wong's magic fortress and killing most of his sorcerers, Strange tells the Scarlet Witch "You want the girl, you'll have to go through me" then he uses his magic to trap her in a large space full of mirrors. The witch shoots magic energy at the mirrors, but it is reflected back at her trapping her in a space full of shattered mirrors. Then she discovers a way to enter the mirrors as if they were water and move into puddles and other reflective surfaces in the temple where Strange is hiding Chavez. After she starts pulling sorcerers down through puddles in the floor, Strange realizes she's traveling through reflections and tells everyone to cover them up, but by then it's too late and she escapes into their room through a shiny metal gong.
