This is a scene from a short animated cartoon by Tex Avery that you can watch here.
Announcer: "As I was saying, the animal life here is very interesting."
We see a lizard walking on the ground in a desert with some light horn music in the background.
Announcer: "Here is a lizard which, as you all probably know, sheds its skin once a year."
The lizard stops and looks at us.
Announcer: "Let's watch this interesting procedure."
The lizard stands up on its hind legs and the music changes to much more lively big orchestra jazz as the lizard dances around on its toes like it's doing a strip tease, takes off its shawl and throws it on the ground, then unzips its upper back skin and begins to pull it down its body until the picture is censored.
