This is a scene from a short animated cartoon by Tex Avery that you can watch here.
As an announcer says: "There's something fascinating about the sound of a frog."
we see a wetlands with frogs and hear Pacific Treefrogs calling.
Then we see a large green frog crawl onto a lilly pad. We see it close-up, and the announcer says:
"Here we show you a close-up of a frog croaking."
The frog pulls out a gun and shoots itself.
The last thing we see is a disclaimer from the management that says:
"Patrons Notice - We are not responsible in any way for the puns used in this cartoon. The Management"
(Just in case you don't get the joke - the comedy comes from the double meaning of the word "croak." It can mean to make a sound like a frog, or to die.)
