This sci-fi action comedy B movie, stars the wrestler Rowdy Roddy Piper, who was also in John Carpenter's great cult classic "They Live" which was released in the same year. Piper plays Sam Hell, one of the few men left alive who is not sterile after a nuclear war destroyed the planet and killed off 68 percent of the male population. He is abducted by two beautiful women soldiers who kick ass and work for the provisional government agency Med Tech which is fighting a population war. Their slogan is "Making babies is our business - our only business." They force Hell to help them make babies by having sex with the few fertile women remaining. (It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it, and lucky for him, Med Tech doesn't believe in artificial insemination.) But Hell's not happy when they fit him with a chastity belt that will shock him if he tries to run away and it will explode if he tries to take it off.

The women take him to Frog Town, a burned out factory on a reservation across the border for mutant "Greeners" - bipedal mutants with gigant toad heads who were created by nuclear fallout. Their goal is to rescue a group of kidnapped fertile women who are being kept as sex slaves.

There are no frogs in the movie, except for the Pacific Treefrogs we hear calling and the frog and toad-headed mutants. The make-up on the toad heads is not bad, really. Somebody actually looked at real toads before making the costumes.
