This is a classic of the French New Wave made by French director Agnes Varda. It's about a French woman in Paris, a hit singer, and a hypochondriac, during two hours when she is waiting for test results from her doctor.

We see Cléo walking on a sidewalk in Paris when she stops to watch a man swallow a frog. He has a small tank in which there are many frogs. He takes one frog at a time and stuffs them head first into his mouth. After we see him swallow 3 or 4 frogs, a huge amount of water is vomited from his mouth. We don't know why he's doing this, but it's most likely street entertainment he does to collect some change from the audience.

I don't know my French frogs. They're most likely marsh frogs or pool frogs, or their hybrid, the edible frog.
